Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise is a popular American author, performer and actress well known for her role as Ginger Grant in the 1960s television show Gilligan's Island. The stage debut of her career started in the 1950s with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. She continued to perform in various Broadway productions until she made it big on the national theatre area with Li'l abner's in 1957. Within the same calendar year she debuted her debut musical album, The album is Tina Time. Louise was first seen in Hollywood as God's Little Acre which was a dramatic which was made in 1958. She was Griselda who was a character from the film. In the course of this film, she was enrolled into Actors Studio in New York and developed her association with Lee Strasberg as his student. The next memorable role she played was in 1964. She was signed by CBS to play Ginger Grant. Louise Balfour managed to juggle between Broadway and Hollywood acting as a sombre character contrast to her image of a glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. In SG-1 and Helen Magnus on Sanctuary. In recent years, she's also become a popular director for well-known television series such as Supernatural or The 100. Born in Essex on August 28, 1965. She and her family moved to Toronto when she was three and she continued to live there throughout in the adolescent years and childhood. When she was selected in 1997 to play Samantha Carter she settled down in Vancouver and has lived there ever since.
