Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen hails from St. Louis Missouri and is a famous American model, singer-songwriter and actress. Her most famous work is her part in the CW TV series Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and as the main singer of The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's songs have been featured in television and film shows that include How to Be a Single and Going the Mile. Taylor Momsen has one younger sister named Sloane Momsen. She studied dancing in the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. Her first professional performance came when she was three for a commercial that was aired in 1997 for Shake 'n Bake. Momsen's professional career was put on hold for a period of three years until she landed the leading role in Misconceptions. Also at this time Momsen was in the 2006 movie Saving Shiloh. Additionally, she auditioned for the role of lead in Hannah Montana. She was in the top 3 but Miley was chosen to play the lead role.
